Kansascity Spanish Academy Mission

Kansas City Spanish Academy

Kansas City, Missouri, is a very important city to the cultural development of our nation. The city makes up part of Missouri’s second-largest metropolitan area, situated directly across the Kansas and Missouri Rivers from Kansas City, Kansas. Kansas City is large, growing, and home to a multicultural population.

Because of the massive land area and growing population of the greater metropolitan Kansas City area, those of Latino and Hispanic origin and multicultural interest have the opportunity to participate in a wide variety of arts, entertainment, cultural events, restaurants, and media that celebrate their native cultures. Cinco de Mayo Kansas City and the Fiesta Hispana are just two of the major celebrations that Kansas City residents can look forward to for Hispanic and Latino cuisine, dance, crafts, storytelling, and ethnic demonstrations, all of which can be great fun for kids.

Kansas City’s diversity and cultural importance are just two of the reasons children will benefit and be at an advantage from learning more about the Spanish culture and language. Why do you want your children to know how to speak Spanish? Please share your thoughts with us by using the feedback form on the right.
